first share offer. By investing and becoming a member, you will be
participating in the ownership of local wind energy, generated in
East Lothian and Berwickshire, and supporting the delivery of low cost energy
to fuel-poor families. Our vision is a portfolio of community-owned renewable energy projects
across Scotland that delivers electricity to our founding partner, Our Power Community Benefit Society (Our Power).
The purpose of this fundraise is to raise equity investment to enable Our Community Energy (OCE) to acquire the 2.4 MW Brockholes Wind Farm. This project has a total cost of £7.4m, of which £6.2m is already secured. Our fundraising target of £1.2m will allow us to take ownership of the project.
